Can I personalise the contents of each box?YES. You can personalise your boxes by making variety/flavour selections for several of the included products. We have flavour/variety options available for TeaPigs tea temples, ChocAffair chocolate bar message and Upcircle sachet selections.

How much does 1 box cost?Prices start at £13.50 per unit plus postage. Postage costs vary according to service selected and number of locations. Please get in touch for more pricing details.

Are the boxes gender neutral?YES. All of the items included in our boxes are designed to have a wide appeal. The UpCircle sachets included in the box can be selected from a range of 10 different skin care products (from face masks to…hand and body wash).

Do you post the boxes direct to recipients?YES we can. Or we can combine postage and post to a single location - it’s up to you. We don’t charge any extra, but you will pay postage on individual items.

Can you provide boxes for events?YES. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

What forms of payment do you take?Payment is by BACS transfer following invoice. 50% of the total cost is due on our receipt of the order. Timescales for delivery will commence on the next working day following receipt of cleared funds. We can accept smaller orders via Etsy or PayPal.

What is the lead time on bulk orders?Lead time is usually 4 weeks from initial payment to delivery for large orders (500+). Please get in touch to discuss smaller order time frames.

Can I get a discount?We can sometimes offer a discount on bulk orders.

Can you provide allergen information?YES - you can view all of the relevant information on our product partners websites, but here’s an overview: UpCircle sachets- Vegan and cruelty free. Tisserand Aromatherapy roll on -Tisserand products use all organic essential oils and are Vegan and cruelty free. Choc Affair - Milk Chocolate Bar. Handmade in the UK, palm oil free, suitable for vegetarians. (Allergy Advice: Includes milk and soya. May also contain nuts and wheat. Teapigs -individually wrapped tea temple. Dairy free, gluten free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Made in a factory that handles nuts.

Can I include a company message in the box?YES. On large orders we can print these on a postcard with your company logo, please let us know your requirements when ordering.

I'm working to a tight timeframe - can you help me?Please get in touch with us, because we may be able to work with you on your request. Typically our ability to meet your order delivery window is dependent on us placing an order with our suppliers ASAP, as a result this means things can change day by day. Please just ask :-)

Where do you post to?For bulk orders we only post to UK addresses and postage costs are dependent on number of boxes to be delivered. Please let us know if you require individual postage or bulk postage to a single address.
